1. What Undertow is
Undertow is a subscription-based market research and options-flow scanning platform. It provides data visualization, analytics, AI-generated commentary, and alerts intended solely for informational and educational purposes.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on Undertow constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, option, or other financial instrument. All content · including AI-generated summaries, trade ideas, and scores · is provided "as is" for your independent research. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes. Trading options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Undertow. By subscribing, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Accounts & security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@getundertow.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Undertow is billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time from the billing portal in your profile; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) redistribute, resell, or republish Undertow content or data; (b) scrape or bulk-export the platform via automated means; (c) share your account credentials; (d) reverse-engineer the service; or (e) use the platform in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights, including the terms of our data providers (Polygon, MASSIVE, Anthropic, and others).
7. Third-party data
Market data displayed on Undertow is licensed from third parties and provided on an "as-available" basis. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Undertow makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Undertow and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Total liability, if any, is limited to the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and emailing hello@getundertow.com.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
